Offerors must demonstrate steel fabrication experience to AWS D1.1 and painting experience with hydraulic structures, supported by three reference projects completed within the past ten years. The solicitation incorporates standard FAR and DFARS clauses by reference, including Buy American provisions, small business set-aside requirements, and various compliance and representation provisions.
