The town is seeking a two-year contract with a qualified contractor or individual to purchase and remove the cardboard, with an option for the town to deliver the cardboard to the contractor's location. The ITB provides details on the 50 cubic yard compactor box used to store the cardboard, and the dates for the bidding process, which runs from April 10 to April 20, 2021.

The ITB outlines two pricing options for bidders: Option 1 where the contractor purchases the cardboard and provides all labor, materials and equipment to remove it; and Option 2 where the contractor purchases the cardboard and the town delivers it to the contractor's location. The ITB does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or funding details, and states that the total estimated value of the contract is not provided.
