NOTES

1. For general notes see 258-D-60110.

2. For survey information see 258-600-500.

3. CB slurry cutoff wall excavation shall extend a minimum of 5' below top of shale bedrock, in accordance with specification 31 56 20 "Cement Bentonite Slurry Cutoff Wall." In areas where Qal is in direct contact with granite, CB slurry cutoff wall to terminate at top of granite, in accordance with the specifications.

4. Existing instrumentation, and access and inspections wells not shown, see drawing 258-D-60113 for existing instrumentation.

5. CB slurry cutoff wall excavation sections and details shown on drawings (60122) and (60123).

6. Stationing provided is for centerline of Cement Bentonite Slurry Cutoff Wall. See drawing 258-D-60113 for dike axis stationing.

7. Locations of measuring points are approximate and to be approved in the field. If measuring point cannot be driven the full seven feet, relocate measuring point to a nearby location.
