About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Foreign Logistics Contracting Office (FLCY) Yokosuka for ship repair services on the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47). The RFQ number is N6264926Q0465, issued on 14 July 2026, with quotations due by 03 August 2026.
The requirement is for one firm fixed-price job order under a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with the U.S. Navy. The work will be performed at U.S. Naval Base Sasebo, Japan, with a performance period from 12 October 2026 through 31 July 2027. The pricing is quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) using an FY26 Budget Exchange Rate of JPY 150.4415 per USD1.00. Award eligibility is restricted to firms possessing a current, active MSRA/ABR in the Japan Region; contractors outside Japan without an existing agreement must submit documentation demonstrating compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 and agree to execute a master agreement before award. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive offeror with the lowest total price. Inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the SRF Project Manager at SRF AND JRMC YOKOSUKA (Shamir Jones, Project Manager). The contract incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses including provisions for electronic payment submission via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), hazardous material identification, tax relief, and overseas labor law compliance. The RFQ is not a small business set-aside.
