The Contractor shall document and verify in writing that the system is free of active leaks and in good working order, establishing a mutually agreed-upon baseline of pre-existing conditions. The scope of this contract is strictly limited to addressing condensation issues through re-insulation.
3.7 Contractor Damage Liability and Emergency Restoration: The Contractor assumes full liability for the physical integrity of all mechanical lines, valves, and piping within the designated work area.
