The procurement is for one Quasonix QSight L/S/C-Band Boresight System and Antenna (Part Number QSX-QSGT-060-CA-PO) under Product Service Code 6625, with a firm fixed price arrangement. The requirement is set aside 100 percent for small businesses, and the North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334511 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Delivery is required within nine months from the award receipt date to F1S0AZ at Edwards Air Force Base, California (115 Gregorious Avenue, Building 3736). The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference and includes full text provisions for Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) payment instructions, with payment to be made by DoDAAC F03000. Award evaluation will be based on three factors: Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance, with Technical Capability and Past Performance combined being significantly more important than price. A critical requirement is that vendors must be authorized resellers of Quasonix to be considered for award. The contracting officer is Jaymi Taplin, and the point of contact for WAWF inquiries is Heather Martin.
