About this file
This document is a solicitation for a PAA line Aucos Computer Upgrade contract (Solicitation Number FA8125-25-Q-0057) issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center. The solicitation is structured as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside acquisition for commercial products and services, utilizing a firm-fixed-price contract mechanism. The contract will be awarded under simplified acquisition procedures, with price being the sole evaluation factor and the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) determining the winner.
The solicitation requires vendors to submit quotations by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2025, with a planned delivery date of 22 July 2025 and a performance period from 24 May 2025 to 29 July 2025. The acquisition is for a computer upgrade for the PAA line Aucos, with specific details to be found in the attached Performance Work Statement and Equipment List. Vendors must comply with all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and Performance Work Statement requirements, with failure to do so potentially rendering the quotation ineligible for award.
