About this file

This is a competitive solicitation (Request for Quote, RFQ) for a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to provide internet services for the Holm Center WINGS Commercial Internet Service Provider (CISP) Base. The solicitation (FA330025R0014) seeks a contractor to deliver 1Gbps dedicated internet services, reserved public IP addresses, and managed router services to support 48,000+ users across the United States and overseas, with 95% of users outside the .mil environment.

The solicitation includes base and option line items for three years of service, with each contract year having identical service requirements: 12 units of 1Gbps dedicated internet, 13 reserved public IP addresses, and 1 managed router. The contract is set to be awarded on a competitive best value basis using simplified acquisition procedures, with award going to the lowest-priced offeror meeting minimum requirements. Quotes are due by 2 May 2025 at 1:00 PM CST, with an initial performance period from 9 May 2025 to 8 May 2026. The contract is administered by the 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama, under the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command.
