Relevancy of past projects with a similar magnitude or complexity to this project.
Please provide information not only about capacity, but also about specific previous experience with surveys and evaluations in Northeast Illinois that demonstrates an understanding of the following:
The Area on and around Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie is on a geographical transition zone, with unique expressions of human lifeways in both the prehistoric and historic eras. The Upper Mississippian cultural expression is local and only partially understood. The economies of trade and cultural exchange present nuanced and subtle difference in cultural materials. Euro-American economies are also subject to this in the sense of development in the shadow of the Illinois and Michigan Canal and the early development of nearby Chicago as an entrepôt city.
