About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a carpet replacement project at three housing units of the US Coast Guard Sector Northern Great Lakes. The SOW outlines the scope of work, which includes removing existing carpet and padding, repairing the subfloor, and installing new stain-resistant padding and carpet per the specified manufacturer and styles. The project has an estimated total square footage of 4,061 across the three units. All materials will be supplied by the contractor, who will be financially responsible for any damages. The work is to be completed during normal business hours with minimal impact on the units' operations.
