About this file

This document is a Sole Source Synopsis Memorandum from the 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, dated 21 August 2025. The synopsis (Solicitation Number FA442725Q1143) indicates the Air Force's intent to award a sole source contract for Monaco System Maintenance at Travis AFB, specifically for maintenance, repair, and rebuild of electrical and electronic equipment components. The procurement is non-competitive due to the requirement for Monaco-specific servicing, with existing systems being Monaco-based.

The memorandum provides a closing response date of 05 September 2025 and allows interested parties to identify their capability to respond to the requirement. While this is not a request for competitive proposals, the government will consider received information to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties can contact the Contract Specialist, Amn Garrett Brandt, at garrett.brandt@us.af.mil or 707-424-7725 for further information. The document is signed by John De Pedro, a Contracting Officer with the USAF.
