About this file
This document is a Sole Source Justification for a federal contract opportunity. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to the Texas State Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, to procure data on cases of acute occupational pesticide-related illnesses and injuries for the year 2022-2023. The purpose is to obtain data on acute pesticide poisonings, in alignment with the SENSOR-Pesticides program Standardized Variables, from the Texas State Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, as they are the only entity that can provide this data for the state of Texas. The anticipated contract action is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) for simplified acquisitions. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to the requirement by emailing the contract specialist by 12pm on July 18, 2024, but this is not a request for competitive quotations.
