About this file
This Sole Source Justification and Approval document justifies a bridge contract for USFOR-G Intelligence Support Services, to be awarded to CACI Technologies. The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a six-month bridge contract from 24 March 2025 to 23 September 2025, consisting of Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) components. The contract will provide continued intelligence support for the Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analytical Support Element – Global (CHASE-G) support program.
The services include multi-disciplined intelligence operations supporting U.S. military and government operations across major commands and combatant commands. The requirement involves approximately 82 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) performing intelligence support services, with personnel holding Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances. The estimated total contract value is $10,713,289.41, and the contract will bridge the current task order until a competitive follow-on effort can be awarded, which is anticipated in April 2025. CACI Technologies is deemed the only contractor capable of providing these critical intelligence services without interruption.
