About this file

This sole source justification document outlines the Securities and Exchange Commission's intent to award a sole source contract to West Publishing Corporation. The justification provides that West is the only source capable of meeting the requirement, as it involves integrating proprietary data from West's CLEAR system into SEC internal applications through West's CLEAR System-to-System API. Market research found no other means to securely integrate CLEAR data. The anticipated period of performance and value are not specified. In accordance with FAR, a notice was published on beta.sam.gov with no other responses received. Both the technical representative and contracting officer certified the accuracy and completeness of the justification.
