About this file
This is a Sole Source Justification document for a simplified commercial item acquisition by the Air Combat Command AMIC/PKBC at Hurlburt Field, FL. The document justifies a sole source award to REV for a 1-day professional development training event delivering their proprietary "Meaningful Connection Foundations" course.
The requirement is for four professional facilitators to deliver the MCF training curriculum to up to 75 leaders across CCW at Fort Walton Beach, FL. The justification cites that REV is the sole proprietor of the MC/GE framework, which addresses leadership challenges like trust-building and strategic alignment. The acquisition is valued between SAT and $750K, using AFFARS 5313.501 authority. Market research through Google and GSA Advantage found no other vendors could provide the specific combination of meaningful connection and strategic storytelling training in a 1-day format. A pilot program with the 605 TES demonstrated benefits in helping leaders navigate organizational challenges, leading to the decision to expand the program across the Wing. The costs are based on commercial pricing available to the general public.
