About this file

This document is a Sole Source Documentation required by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for a sole source acquisition exceeding $10,000 but not exceeding $250,000.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Callyo for the renewal of licenses for their proprietary audio and video products. These specialized products are the only ones that meet the DEA's stringent requirements for safety and secure site storage solutions for undercover agent operations. The total estimated amount for this recurring requirement is $42,000 for the period of performance from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. Per FAR requirements, the Contracting Officer has determined that Callyo is the only reasonably available source and that the brand-name Callyo products are necessary to meet the government's needs. Vendors who can meet the requirements may submit capability statements by September 17, 2024, but the government reserves the right to proceed with the sole source award to Callyo.
