About this file
This is a Sole Source Determination Approval Notice issued by the State of Oregon through its Oregon Military Department for a purchase order to InVeris Training Solutions. The notice pertains to parts and repair service for 28 Stationary Infantry Targets on the Modified Record Fire range at Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Center. No specific response deadline or contract award date is provided in the notice; however, protests to this sole source determination must be submitted by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, August 8, 2022. The purchase order will be issued for replacement and repair services related to the training range equipment.
The sole source determination indicates that the specified parts and repair services for the Stationary Infantry Targets are available from only one source, justifying the non-competitive procurement of InVeris Training Solutions. Written protests to this determination must include the protestor's business name and authorized representative contact information, detailed legal and factual grounds for the protest, a description of resulting harm, and the relief requested. Protests must reference the notice number S-24800-00003910, be signed by an authorized representative, and be delivered either via hard copy to Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon, or via email to corey.brech@omd.oregon.gov. Late protests will not be considered, and emailed protests without proper signatures will be rejected.
