About this file
This is a Sole Source Certification Request document submitted to justify the selection of Rocky Mountain Workforce Development Association (RMWDA) for sponsorship events in Colorado. The request establishes the rationale for awarding a contract to RMWDA without competitive bidding, indicating that RMWDA possesses unique qualifications or capabilities that make it the sole appropriate vendor for the sponsorship events opportunity. The document supports the determination that competition is not feasible or practical for this particular engagement.
The sole source justification likely emphasizes RMWDA's specialized expertise, established relationships, or exclusive ability to deliver the required sponsorship services within the state of Colorado. This certification process is a standard procurement mechanism used to bypass formal competitive bidding when documented circumstances demonstrate that only one vendor can reasonably fulfill the government's requirements. The certification would contain supporting evidence of why RMWDA's services cannot be replicated by other potential providers in the marketplace.
