This is a letter of authorization from ABB, a manufacturer of HVAC drives, designating Stan Weaver & Co. as the exclusive representative for HVAC drive sales and service in the Tampa and Orlando, Florida markets. The authorization, issued by David Cortez, Regional Sales Manager for Southeast HVAC Drives, is dated February 15, 2024, and covers the sale and servicing of four ABB drive models: the ACH580, ACH550, ACS320, and ACS880. Stan Weaver & Co. is authorized to operate as ABB's exclusive partner across fifteen Florida counties, including Brevard, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia.

The document establishes Stan Weaver & Co. as the sole authorized distributor and service provider for the specified ABB HVAC drive products in the designated geographic territory. This exclusive representation status positions Stan Weaver & Co. as the primary supplier for any procurement of these specific ABB drive models within the covered Florida counties, which would be relevant for state and local contract opportunities seeking these particular products and services in the region.
