Request for Proposal (RFP) SOL-674-15-000033 Southern Africa Trade and Investment Hub
ATTACHMENT 1 – Minimum Indicators
As stated in Section C, the scope of this contract is to improve trade between SADC member states and trade outside of the region with a focus on agricultural trade, international competitiveness, intra-regional and global trade, and food security in SADC.
This is a Performance-Based Statement of Work. As such, offerors must propose an approach which addresses the breadth of the interventions listed in Section C.3 (Scope), while meeting the technical evaluation criteria listed in Section M, and proposing specific, measurable targets and indicators for their proposed interventions. Targets for each indicator should be aggressive but achievable for the duration of the contract. Contractors should propose an approach that creates synergies across borders and follows a logical sequencing dependent upon the political will and needs of each country in the region, as well as the feasibility of the proposed interventions in each case. Not every country will have an intervention corresponding to each result due to its unique development challenges, but the overall approach should cover each of the result areas identified in Section C.4 (Results).
The following list of indicators is only the minimum required to meet the specific reporting requirements of the relevant Presidential Initiatives (FtF and Trade Africa).
