Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) No. SOL-169-17-000009, Amendment #02

Strengthening Media Systems Activity (SMS)

Dear Prospective Offeror:

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to provide additional information pertaining to the subject RFP. This document presents findings and conclusions resulting from a Media Assessment conducted by USAID/Serbia between November and December 2016. The document titled Development Challenges is attached as an annex to this amendment to the solicitation.

Kindly note that the proposal submission due date remains unchanged and is as stated above.

Proposals must be submitted only electronically via e-mail on or before the due dates stipulated above to Albert Rexhepi at: arexhepi@usaid.gov and Branislav Bulatovic at:

bbulatovic@usaid.gov, and must conform to all requirements outlined in the solicitation. USAID reserves the right to award the contract subject to availability of funds. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a contract nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal. Furthermore, the Government receives the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the U.S.

Government.
