Key requirements include providing liability insurance, a claims process, and on-time pickup and delivery within a 4-hour window. The RFP includes two sample shipping scenarios detailing the equipment specifications and shipping schedules. The period of performance is a base year with four 12-month option years. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm MST on September 18, 2024. The RFP indicates this is a total small business set-aside and includes relevant FAR clauses for commercial item procurements.

(c) Technical direction may be oral or in writing. The COR shall confirm oral direction in writing within five workdays, with a copy to the Contracting Officer.
