The current IHS portfolio (valid thru September 2024) includes the following networked software:

• AutoCAD including specialized toolsets – 20 seats
The typical OEHE/SFC project consists of water and wastewater utility design and construction. The majority of drawings are two-dimensional line drawings utilizing surfaces, profiles, piping alignments, pipes, and grading objects. Many drawings also include background images. IHS does not design or construct subdivisions or roadways with the exception of site access roads which are typically simple gravel roads. The majority of users use Civil 3D software for this work.
The typical OEHE/FAC project consists primarily of rehab project of existing hospitals and clinics with some new hospital/clinic construction. Drawings tend to focus on building layouts and often include mechanical and electrical components. The majority of users use AutoCAD software for this work with some Areas starting to use REVIT Arch and REVIT MEP. One subset of users (Division of Engineering Services) use the software to review and make comments on consultant drawings rather than initiating drawings from scratch.
