About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation 36C24825Q0332 regarding signage for the Lake Baldwin Urgent Care facility for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The scope includes installation of 13 total signs - 12 double-sided metal freestanding signs (4'x6') mounted 24" off the ground with 12"x12" footers, and one internally illuminated electric sign consisting of 48" high aluminum channel letters spelling "URGENT CARE" with acrylic faces mounted on a raceway to the building fascia.

Key clarifications include: no permits required, primary power is already in place for the electric sign with VA electrician support available, no specific font requirements beyond "standard block" style that's readable from distance, and bid proposals should be submitted via email to the contract specialist. The VA will not provide drawings but requires contractor submissions of drawings/proofs before installation. Government contracts are tax-exempt, and site walks will be available post-award. The question period is now closed, and bidders must acknowledge this amendment and any future amendments.
