Technical Subfactor 1 - Draft Schedule: Include a draft schedule using a format of your choosing. The schedule shall include relevant milestones and dates, demonstrating the contractor’s clear understanding of the Period of Performance requirement of 90 days ARO. Note that the schedule is only a draft and is for evaluation purposes only. An actual schedule with firm dates will be submitted by the contractor, after contract award, typically within 10 days.

Technical Subfactor 1 - Draft Schedule: To be considered Technically Acceptable, the contractor’s quote must include a draft schedule. The schedule shall include relevant milestones and dates, demonstrating the contractor’s clear understanding of the Period of Performance requirement of 90 days ARO.

Schedules that do not conform closely with the estimated 90 day Period of Performance may be considered not Technically Acceptable. Schedules that do not clearly demonstrate a firm understanding of the requirement in terms of realistic milestones or are lacking in data suitable for a reasonable businessperson to determine the overall length of time estimated to complete the project may also not be considered Technically Acceptable.

Basis of Award: The government will make award to the firm whose quote is the lowest priced of all Technically Acceptable quotes.
