Scope of Work NPS CHRI Boat Docking Contract Date: August 18, 2025
1. Background and Purpose
Buck Island Reef National Monument (BUIS) and Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve (SARI) consist of approximately 85% water. To support operational readiness, there is a critical need to secure three dedicated boat slips at a marina on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. • Storage: Provide on-site or nearby secure storage (minimum 100 sq ft) for safety equipment, boat supplies, and minor maintenance tools. Storage should be accessible to authorized NPS personnel at all times.
