a) This acquisition is being conducted via the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code [236220] and the associated small business size standard [$36.5M] are noted in clause

52.204-8 in section "K" of this solicitation.

b) Estimated Price Range: Between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000

c) Refer to section "L" for information regarding a pre-proposal site visit and proposal submittal requirements.

d) Information and requirements stated in sections "B" through "J" & attachments noted in section "J" apply to this solicitation and the subsequent contract.

e) Requirements noted in sections K, L, and M apply to this solicitation.

f) This is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available. When and if funds become available a contract will be awarded at that time.
