The purpose of this RFP is to support the above referenced requirement. The intent of the Government is to award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order (TO) for these services. Resultant proposals shall be in accordance with all terms and conditions identified in the attached Statement of Work and the base Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Basis for Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable

This project will be awarded based on Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as detailed in FAR 15.101-2. Price Offerors shall calculate their proposed pricing based upon their established IDIQ prices. Offerors shall identify any items in their quote that are not based upon their established prices. Offerors are requested to provide rates that are discounted from their established rates. All travel costs should be in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations.

Final negotiated prices shall be valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days from the date submitted.
