This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L0724Q0002. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations 2023-04. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990.

This Solicitation is “All or None”

Delivery: 180 Days ARO

FOB Point: Destination - All delivery costs must be included in the unit price for each item.

Usage Tax: Quotes must include all Federal, State usage, and local taxes.

Acquiring material to construct six floating docks. Each dock will need a gangway, floating structural frame made from treated wood, and all additional components needed to fully construct on operational floating dock. Material will be delivered to Bureau of Land

Management Cove Recreation Site located on Highway 78 near Bruneau, Idaho. Material will be delivered at the specified work area.

Physical Location: Cove Road, off Highway 78. GPS Coordinates 42°56’12.16” N, 115°57’01.38” W

Method of Delivery: The vendor shall notify the Government of the shipping schedule no less than 48 hours prior to delivery of material. Truck freight deliveries will be unloaded by Government employees and equipment. Materials will be inspected at point of delivery prior to acceptance.

Hours of Delivery: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday excluding Federal Holidays. A call shall be made to the point of contract 8 hours prior to arrival on site.

Payment: Invoice shall be submitted through IPP for payment, after the material is delivered on site.

Submittals: Submit product specifications and shop drawings of dock components with quote.

Inspection: Prior to unloading of materials, a thorough inspection will occur. This inspection will ensure that all the parts and pieces have arrived undamaged and with all parts and components. If a component is missing or something is damaged it is the responsibility of the dealer to replace the lost or missing part.
