About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Northern Prairie Wildlife Research Center for a boat, motor, and trailer package to be delivered to Jamestown, North Dakota. The solicitation seeks a G3 18 CCT boat or equivalent, with specific technical requirements including a 17-18 foot tunnel hull, center console, and .100 gauge marine-grade aluminum construction. The boat must be paired with a Yamaha 75 HP 4-stroke outboard motor and an EZ Loader bunk trailer, with detailed specifications for each component.
The RFQ requires vendors to quote the entire package together, with shipping included to Jamestown, ND, and a delivery date of April 1, 2026. The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror based on submitted technical brochures demonstrating compliance with minimum characteristics. Quotations must be submitted electronically by 5:00 P.M. (ES) on February 2, 2026, to kkeuma@usgs.gov. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide authentic, manufacturer-certified products in original packaging. The solicitation is not a small business set-aside, and quotes must include shipping costs, line-item pricing, and the vendor's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
