About this file
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) SAT Team 2 for an ammunition purchase to support an educational workshop. The solicitation seeks lead and lead-free ammunition in various gauges and calibers, including 30-06, .243, .308, .270, 20-gauge, 12-gauge, and .50 caliber muzzleloader rounds. Each ammunition type requires both lead and lead-free variants, with specific quantities ranging from 20 to 40 rounds per lot.
Key procurement details include a quote submission deadline of September 11, 2025, at 2 PM Eastern Time via email to dana_arnold@fws.gov, with a delivery date of September 25, 2025. The procurement is not a small business set-aside, and the government will award a firm-fixed-price order to the contractor whose submission conforming to requirements offers the lowest technically acceptable price. The period of performance is September 12-25, 2025, for an educational workshop at the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge located in Winona, Minnesota.
