About this file
This document is a Schedule of Items for West Zone Portable Toilet Rentals/Servicing for Mt Hood National Forest's Zigzag Ranger District, covering a base year and four option years. The schedule details portable toilet rental and servicing requirements for 12 different trailheads and the Timberline Lodge Salmon Lot, including specific service frequencies, estimated service weeks, and seasonal service periods from April through October.
The service requirements vary by location, with most sites requiring twice-weekly cleaning and pumping on Mondays and Fridays (including holidays) during the peak season. Some trailheads have different service frequencies depending on the time of year, such as once-weekly service in April-May and September-October, and twice-weekly service in June-August. The total number of portable toilet units ranges from 1-2 per location, with service periods ranging from 4 to 26 weeks. The document includes options for maintaining trash receptacles and additional on-call services, though specific pricing details are not populated in the provided document.
