Statement of Work Project Title: Rental of Snow Removal Equipment in Lincoln.

NextGen Work Task #: TBD

1. Objectives:

This scope of work is to rent and provide Snow Removal Equipment for use by a Government Contractor in Lincoln. Snow Removal Operations are being conducted by Anglin Civil. This contract is managed by 55 CONS.

The contractor shall furnish all transportation, equipment, supervision, and services requested to fulfill the requirements of this contract. All task specifications of this Statement of Work will herein be referred to as “requirements.”

2. Requirements

Contractor shall deliver (2) CAT 966 Wheel Loaders and appropriate fixtures to connect the Attachments acquired last Season, (4) CAT 730 Haul Trucks without Tailgates, (3) CAT 262D Wheeled Skid Steers with the following compatible attachments, (1) Angle Broom Attachment, (1) Snow Pusher Attachment, (1) Set of Forks.

The anticipated rental timeframe is for six months (15 Oct 21 – 15 Apr 21), with options for further monthly periods. The delivery address is B948 – Lincoln Airport, 4521 NW 34th St, Lincoln, NE 68524.

Contractor shall provide routine* and emergency* maintenance at no cost to the Government. Damage or Accidents caused by the Government or Anglin Civil that is not standard wear or determined to be routine will be at the cost of the Government.

When the rental period is over, the Contractor will provide freight pick up within 1 week. Loading onto freight delivery shall be accomplished by Contractor personnel.

*(Routine maintenance is defined as no more than a 72 hour period from notice) *(Emergency maintenance is defined as no more than a 6 hour period from notice)
