Inquiries should be directed to the St. Landry Parish Airport Manager at (337) 407-1551.
Evaluation of submissions will be based on five weighted criteria: resumes of the proposed project team (weight value of 4), example projects illustrating team qualifications (weight value of 4), key personnel's participation in past projects (weight value of 5), firm size relative to project magnitude (weight value of 3), and proximity to the project location (weight value of 5). Scoring will use a numerical scale of 1 to 5, with each criterion's score multiplied by its weight factor. The top three applicants will be placed on a short list, and the sponsor may issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to short-listed firms if further evaluation is deemed necessary. Following final evaluation, the sponsor will rank applicants and enter fee negotiations with the top-ranked firm; if unsuccessful, negotiations will proceed with the next-ranked firm. The selected firm will be required to execute the standard LADOTD Aviation Section contract. Projects are subject to availability of funding from the Federal Aviation Administration, the State of Louisiana, and the airport; the airport does not guarantee implementation of all listed projects. Failure to provide all requested information in the SF 330 submission may result in the submission being deemed nonresponsive and ineligible for scoring.
