COMPACT CRAWLER REQUIREMENT

The US Consulate Mumbai, requires the following item, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:

JLG Compact Crawler Model X23J;

Platform Height w 120 kg capacity 21.10 m Platform Height w 200 kg capacity 19.70 m Working on Petrol/Gasoline + AC electric 230V/50Hz suitable for outdoor/indoor operation.

To operate in off-slab and uneven terrain.

Wheel carriage that can climb steps. Prefer narrow chassis for access through gates, yards and doorways.

JLG, Model: x23j Compact Crawler. It shall have the following salient characteristics: approximate platform height of 21.10m with 120 kg capacity and 20m with 200 kg capacity; Horizontal Outreach of 11m with 120kg and 10m with 300kg platform weight; AC electric motor 220V; 50Hz with 11kw petrol engine; 361° Swing; 2 persons platform size;

If providing an equal, the seller MUST provide detailed specifications of the product quoted at time of Quote submission.

IAW FAR 52.212-2; Evaluation - Commercial Items, the following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: Price.

IAW 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) Registration (July 2013), the offeror must be registered in SAM and fully input their Representations and Certifications for a complete record. Shipping is FOB Destination CONUS (Continental U.S.).

New Equipment ONLY. NO USED OR REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Submitted Quotes will be valid for 90 days.

The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the specified equipment to ensure warranty and maintenance support.
