About this file
This document is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other than Full and Open Competition for a modification to an existing contract (W9123619D0025), funded task order W9123619F0112 for preventative maintenance services in support of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) facilities located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky and Tennessee.
The proposed contract modification will add a one-month base period (CUN 0011) and an optional one-month extension (CUN 0012) to ensure there is no lapse in service while a size protest of the incumbent contractor, Tiya Support Services, LLC, is resolved by the Small Business Administration. The services encompass a wide range of facilities operations and maintenance, including HVAC, kitchen equipment, and control systems, for 10 facilities comprised of 7 schools and 3 support facilities. DoDEA does not have the in-house expertise to perform these critical services. Funding of $140,978.17 is available to cover the initial one-month base period, with the actual price to be negotiated. The incumbent contractor, BryMak Eagle Pro, LLC, has agreed to continue services at the previously established contract prices.
