Dairy – 2nd Quarter- FY24
Attached is the Solicitation to provide Fiscal Year 2024 – 2nd Quarter Dairy / Milk Products for the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners. All quotations are due by Monday, December 4, 2023, 11:00 A.M., Central Time.
ALL VENDORS SHALL CAREFULLY READ THIS SOLICITATION PACKAGE AND
ENSURE ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND INFORMATION PROVIDED. FAILURE TO
DO SO MAY EXCLUDE YOU FROM COMPETITION.
1) Complete blocks 12, 17, 30a, and 30b, on the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items.
2) This solicitation includes all line items. Please provide pricing beginning on page 4 for each line item that has a requested quantity of one or more for this quarter.
3) Provide case qty/weight and type where requested or if different than what is listed for each line item for evaluation purposes.
4) Please do not return pages with only items that you do not intend to bid; pages 1-4 MUST be returned.
5) Provide your Duns and Bradstreet number and UEI in block 17a.
6) Before providing a quote, ensure you can adhere to the delivery schedule and meet all specification requirements of the solicitation package if award is made.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
All quotes shall be emailed to jgraffi@bop.gov. Only electronic quotes will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the vendor to confirm receipt of quote; if you do not receive electronic confirmation within 4 business hours, your quote might not have been received.
