About this file

This is an SFS Posting Form issued by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for the Maternal Child Health: Building Blocks Home Visiting program. The document serves as the official announcement and posting form for this state and local contract opportunity. The form establishes the framework for soliciting qualified vendors or service providers to support home visiting services under the Maternal Child Health Building Blocks initiative. While specific details regarding quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, and contract term information are not detailed in this posting form itself, this document functions as the initial notice to potential bidders of the contracting opportunity and establishes the baseline information necessary for interested parties to engage in the procurement process.

The SFS Posting Form serves as the formal declaration of the contracting need and initiates the public notification process required for state and local government procurement. Additional documentation, including detailed specifications, pricing requirements, set-asides, funding sources, and other material terms and conditions, would typically be contained in supplementary solicitation documents such as the Scope of Work, Project Description, or formal Request for Proposal that would accompany or follow this initial posting form.
