Question and Answer
(Last updated: 5/22/2023)
Question 1: Will your agency accept a proposal to study similar constituents of the grant but in the US? If not, is there a separate grant that is focused on Internet governance within the US?
Answer 1: The Bureau will not accept proposals for this grant that support targeted beneficiaries located in the United States. Per the solicitation guidance, the program must take place in at least two or more of the following SCA countries: Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. The applicant may propose to include all countries listed or focus on a small subset of countries within the priority region.
