The amendment's purpose is to add a modified Bill of Quantities for the Design & Engineering Service of Pedestrian Sidewalks project dated August 2026. The scope of work encompasses three primary divisions: Division 2 (Earthwork), Division 3 (Concrete Work), and Division 7 (Thermal and Moisture Protection). Division 2 includes excavation works across four area zones (SDA Building, Utility Building, NOB Building, and LES Parking) totaling 80 cubic meters, backfilling and compaction works totaling 85 cubic meters, stone fill material of 280 cubic meters, and supply and installation of UPVC drain pipe (4 units). Division 3 encompasses blinding concrete substructure (31 square meters), reinforced concrete structures with varying specifications across three sections (119, 50, and 95 square meters), interlock tiles (98 square meters), and concrete curbs (98 square meters). Division 7 includes vapour barrier application (264 square meters), damp-proofing with bitumen asphalt emulsion (70 square meters), expansion/control joints (21 linear meters and 48 linear meters), and detectable warning pads (3 units). All work is specified in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) currency. The hour and date for receipt of offers has been extended, and failure to acknowledge receipt at the designated location prior to the opening hour may result in offer rejection.
