The contractor shall perform sewer drain camera inspections to identify blockages, grease/sludge buildup, roots, cracks, separated joints, offsets, corrosion, and standing water, followed by hydro-jetting to remove obstructions and debris while taking precautions to prevent damage to existing cast iron piping from the late 1970s. Post-cleaning verification through camera inspection and comprehensive service documentation including written reports, videos, and photographs are required. A pre-quote meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM at TBFC, with RSVP requested to Christopher Benson, Agency Buyer II. Pricing shall be all-inclusive of travel costs, labor, parts, and materials for services explicitly listed in the scope of work, with no additional work beyond the scope included in the quote. The contractor must comply with facility infection-prevention, environmental-control, and behavioral-health safety requirements, including protection of patient-care areas from wastewater contamination, barricading of work areas as necessary, and immediate reporting of any sewage spills or patient-safety concerns to facility staff. The contractor shall ensure all tools, hoses, equipment, and materials remain under control and are not left unattended in patient-accessible areas. Inspection shall identify blockages, grease/sludge buildup, roots, cracks, separated joints, offsets, corrosion, standing water, or other conditions affecting proper drainage. The contractor shall provide video and/or photographs of significant findings and identify the approximate location of deficiencies.

Sewer Drain Hydro-Jetting The contractor shall hydro-jet designated sewer and drain lines using appropriately sized commercial jetting equipment. Work shall include removal of grease, sludge, sediment, scale, roots, and other debris restricting flow. The contractor shall use methods appropriate for the existing piping and shall take precautions to prevent damage to the plumbing system.

Post-Cleaning Verification & Deficiency Reporting Following hydro-jetting, the contractor shall perform a post-cleaning camera inspection when practical to verify the condition and flow of the piping. The contractor shall document remaining blockages, damaged or deteriorated piping, standing water, root intrusion, or other deficiencies.

The contractor shall submit comprehensive service documentation upon work completion. This documentation shall include a detailed written report along with any available camera inspection videos and photos.
