About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) quality assurance surveillance plan that outlines performance objectives, thresholds, monitoring methods, and acceptable quality levels (AQLs) for contract deliverables and management requirements.
Key requirements include: attending a project kick-off meeting, providing a personnel roster, delivering a Project Planning Chart within 30 days of award, submitting technical reports (CDRL A001-A008) with 100% on-time delivery requirement, providing Monthly Status Reports by the 5th of each month (CDRL A010), responding to technical inquiries within 3 days and providing resolution within 5 days, submitting a Quality Program Plan within 15 days of award (CDRL A012), and designating a Program Manager as single point of contact. Most deliverables require 100% inspection and have 100% AQL requirements, with Monthly Status Reports having a 95% on-time delivery requirement. The PWS emphasizes timely delivery of reports, quality management, and responsive program management through specific timeframes and quality thresholds.
