About this file

This is a seller checklist document for small order purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist is related to a procurement opportunity for a sea box container measuring 20 feet by 8 feet by 8 feet 6 inches configured as a dry freight ISO container with double doors on one end. The document provides step-by-step instructions for vendors to prepare and submit quotes through the online procurement system, requiring completion of multiple tabs including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections before quote submission.

Vendors must complete all required fields and answer mandatory questions to proceed with their quote submission. Critical requirements include confirmation of Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, entry of unit costs for all listed items, acceptance of terms and conditions, submission of an executed Consent & Authorization form (which must be on file or attached), and resolution of any red validation warnings before final submission. The document emphasizes that no quote will be considered without the required Consent & Authorization form and instructs vendors to review all attachments and downloadable documents associated with the bid before submitting through the PHLContracts.phila.gov platform.
