About this file

This is a Seller Software Program Checklist document related to an Oracle software contract opportunity (CSI #19204742) for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The checklist appears to serve as a compliance and verification tool for software vendors participating in the state's software procurement framework. The document establishes requirements that sellers must meet to participate in software purchasing agreements with the City, which awards software purchases to current approved vendors unless otherwise specified. Vendors are required to submit product literature upon the City's request to demonstrate compliance with program standards and product offerings.

The checklist functions as a qualification and verification mechanism to ensure vendors meet established criteria for participation in the state's software procurement process. The document outlines the procedural requirements vendors must satisfy to maintain eligibility for software supply contracts, with emphasis on documentation submission and product portfolio transparency. This checklist document supports the broader Oracle software contracting framework and helps streamline vendor management and procurement compliance for Pennsylvania's software purchasing initiatives.
