About this file
This is a Seller Software Program Checklist document related to an Oracle CSI #23611761 Renewal contract opportunity with the City of Pennsylvania. The checklist appears to serve as a vendor compliance and submission verification tool for software providers participating in the city's software procurement process. The document outlines requirements for vendors offering software products and services under the city's current vendor agreements, with provisions allowing the city to request product literature and documentation from vendors as needed during the evaluation and award process.
The checklist emphasizes that software purchases will be awarded to the city's existing software vendors unless otherwise specified in Section A of the procurement documents. Vendors are required to demonstrate compliance with submission requirements and provide appropriate product information to support the city's evaluation of offerings. This renewal arrangement maintains continuity with incumbent vendors while establishing clear documentation and verification procedures to ensure vendor accountability and product suitability for the city's software needs.
