About this file

This document is a seller checklist for software program procurement administered by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist outlines the required steps for vendors to submit quotes for software purchases, specifically for the ManageEngine AD360 Plus Subscription for Fiscal Year 27. The submission process requires vendors to complete multiple tabs within the online system, including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections. Vendors must verify they are operating in the Seller role rather than Seller Admin role, answer all mandatory questions, accept terms and conditions, and upload any required supporting documentation before submitting their quote through the PHLContracts portal.

The procurement process specifies that all software purchases will be awarded to the City's current software vendors unless otherwise stated, and vendors must submit product literature upon request. While the Local Business Entity (LBE) Program does not apply to this software procurement, vendors must still answer the LBE certification question to proceed. The checklist emphasizes the importance of reviewing each tab, addressing all red validation warnings, and clicking "Save & Continue" on every section to ensure proper submission of the quote through the www.PHLContracts.phila.gov platform.
