About this file

This is a Seller Software Program Checklist document related to a Pennsylvania state and local contract opportunity for Canva Enterprise software licensing. The contract involves the renewal of 10 existing Canva Enterprise licenses and the addition of 15 new licenses for a 12-month subscription period. The checklist appears to serve as a vendor compliance and qualification document, establishing requirements that must be met by software vendors seeking to provide or continue providing software products to the City. Per the contract opportunity description, software purchases are awarded to the City's current software vendors unless otherwise specified, and vendors are required to submit product literature upon request.

The document functions as an evaluation and verification tool to ensure that software vendors meet established program standards and requirements set forth by the City. The checklist likely addresses vendor qualifications, product specifications, licensing compliance, support capabilities, and other operational criteria necessary for vendors to maintain or obtain status as approved software providers. As a renewal contract with additional license expansion, this opportunity represents continued engagement with an incumbent vendor while scaling the organization's access to Canva's design and collaboration tools through the addition of five additional user seats beyond the current deployment.
