About this file
This is a seller checklist for the Software Program administered by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts portal. The checklist outlines the submission requirements and procedural steps for vendors bidding on software products in response to the City's SuSE software procurement opportunity in Pennsylvania.
Prospective vendors must complete a multi-step submission process including: completing the General Tab and confirming Local Business Entity (LBE) status (though the LBE Program does not apply to this Software Program); entering unit costs and discounts for each listed item in the Items Tab; answering all mandatory questions in the Questions Tab; downloading and accepting terms and conditions; uploading required attachments; and submitting a final reviewed quote through the Summary Tab. The City reserves the right to award software purchases to its current vendors unless otherwise stated and may request vendor literature on products offered. Vendors must address all validation warnings before submitting their quote.
