About this file
This is a Seller Software Program Checklist document associated with a UserLock software contract opportunity for the City of Pennsylvania. The checklist outlines the requirements and criteria that software vendors must meet to participate in the city's software procurement process. The document establishes that all software purchases will be awarded to the city's current vendors unless otherwise specified, and vendors are required to submit product literature upon the city's request. The checklist serves as a standardized evaluation tool to ensure vendors meet baseline qualifications and compliance standards for software offerings.
The checklist establishes procedural and documentation requirements for vendor participation, including verification of product credentials, licensing compliance, and technical specifications. Vendors must demonstrate their ability to provide adequate support, training, and documentation for their software products. The document functions as a gatekeeping mechanism to streamline the procurement process by pre-qualifying vendors and ensuring that only qualified software providers can participate in future city software purchases, thereby reducing administrative burden and maintaining consistency in vendor performance standards.
