About this file
This is a seller checklist for the City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department software program submission process, applicable to the related contract opportunity for CPO-PPR Team FY26 AutoCAD LT subscriptions in Pennsylvania. The checklist outlines the step-by-step procedural requirements for vendors submitting quotes through the PHLContracts.phila.gov platform. Vendors must complete multiple tabs including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections. Key procedural steps include confirming seller role status, answering the Local Business Entity (LBE) certification question (which does not apply to the Software Program but is required for submission), entering unit costs and discounts for each listed item, answering all mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and uploading required supporting documentation before final submission.
The checklist emphasizes that software purchases will be awarded to the City's current software vendors unless otherwise specified, and vendors may be required to submit product literature at the City's request. All validation messages must be resolved before submission can occur, with vendors required to click "Save & Continue" on every tab throughout the process. The checklist serves as a technical guide rather than a pricing or contractual document, focusing on platform navigation and submission requirements rather than specific pricing terms, set-asides, or contract duration details.
